Your vehicle is loaded in such a way that the front end points upward, causing the light sensor to aim high and not detect headlamps and taillamps. You are driving on winding or hilly roads. When putting your vehicle under high pressure, from pulling another vehicle, for instance, it is possible to do damage to the frame or other parts of the GMC. These hooks can handle high levels of stress and eliminate the stress of being stranded. These red recovery hooks are not available on the Acadia AT4 or the Terrain AT4. Exclusive for the Acadia AT4 is the Active Torque Control AWD System. The Acadia receives all the power from the vehicle to the front wheels.
